What did you do before becoming a Just Shutters business owner.
Before joining Just Shutters, I worked as a Business Support Manager in the pub and restaurant trade, covering the whole of the UK. It was a fast-paced and dynamic industry, but I was ready for a new challenge, one where I could build something for myself while still delivering exceptional service to customers.
What do you love most about your work?
The WOW moment! Seeing a customer’s reaction when their shutters are installed is priceless. It’s incredibly satisfying to know I’ve helped transform their space, adding something truly special to their home.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
“Focus on what you can control.” Letting go of things outside your influence reduces stress and allows you to focus on making a positive impact. It’s a mindset that improves productivity, happiness, and overall well-being.
