Just Shutters newest franchisees enjoy a sunny Bournemouth welcome at head office as they embark upon their busy training schedule.
Our calendars have been full over the past four weeks with the exciting job of training our newest franchisees. Andrew and Jill Spivey and son Joe have ventured all the way from Nottinghamshire, while Sarah Needs has joined us from Shrewsbury and Hayley and Terry Lancaster have travelled from Essex.
Our latest expansion has seen us grow hugely in the North of the country while our Essex franchise has increased our presence in the South East. This month of training opportunities sees each of our franchisees receive specialist support and personalised help in all areas of the business, including sales training, design and installation, systems and operations, product knowledge and business management.
It has also been a fantastic opportunity for them to meet each other and the members of our head office team, learn more about the core business, marketing and general running of a Just Shutters business.
We train all our franchisees to our exacting standards and ensure that each is supported in all areas so we can be confident that they will uphold our hard earned reputation for excellence, and with appointments already coming in, we look forward to watching these new areas flourish in the coming weeks and months.
