Caroline plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Just Shutters across the country. From taking calls from potential customers to setting appointments and managing essential administration tasks, she works closely with her colleagues Lucy and Charlotte to keep everything running seamlessly. Let’s get to know Caroline a little better!
Tell us a little bit about your job?
I’m Business Support for all the Just Shutters Businesses across the country. I take calls from potential customers, set appointments and do all the necessary administration to keep the business running, alongside Lucy and Charlotte.
What do you love most about your work?
Seeing customers happy when we’ve done a good job for them.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Don’t sweat the small stuff
What is an interesting fact about yourself?
I was a vintage seller of 1950s-1970s textiles and furniture for years and still collect it, and sell my mid century inspired soft furnishings and chairs online.

My husband, Kids, the elderly rather grumpy Cat, Instagram, Strictly Come Dancing
