Tell us a little bit about your job.
As Franchise Operations Manager, I am all about making things happen! I help new franchisees hit the ground running while supporting the continued success of our growing network. My role is all about collaboration, helping Just Shutters business owners grow their businesses while ensuring they have the guidance and resources they need to thrive.
What do you love most about your work?
The variety and the people! No two days are ever the same, and I get to work with a fantastic group of passionate business owners and an amazing team at business support. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of their journey.

What’s an interesting fact about you?
I spent a month in Germany on trial at a football academy, an unforgettable experience that taught me a lot about discipline, resilience and chasing your dreams.
