What does a customer journey look like?

Your journey with Just Shutters is unique, however a typical step by step could look like this: You call and order a brochure, or request an appointment online, we would then discuss with you appropriate times for one of our expert shutter designers to visit you in your home. You would talk to one of our lovely team who would be able to answer any questions you may have about length of appointment, what to expect and even give you an idea of pricing with the help of our online calculator.

What happens at a home visit?

Our expert shutter designer will show you samples in your windows and discuss options such as materials and finishes. We measure your windows then advise and design your bespoke shutters to your exact specifications.

The important things for us is that we leave you content, knowing we have given you the very best advice and have planned the perfect shutters for your home.

When do I know your prices?

We are very open about our prices, we have an online calculator and our helpful staff at Business SupportĀ can talk you through anything you do not understand, our prices are inclusive, there are no hidden extras, we include design, creation, fitting and a lifetime guarantee, so you are never surprised.

You will be given a written quotation and given further information after your home visit but this will be exactly what you would have already discussed.

What can I expect from the fitting team?

When your shutters are ready you will be given a call and an appointment will be made for fitting. The installation process is a breeze and we promise to leave your home more beautiful than we found it, from keeping disruption to a minimum, through to vacuuming up after ourselves, we will make sure you are delighted with our shutters and our people.

What aftercare can I expect?

When your shutters have been fitted you will not need to do anything, just sit back and enjoy the beautiful addition to your home, however, should there be any little niggles we are just a phone call or email away, our team are on hand to take your questions or solve any issues and you can rest assured your shutters are lifetime guaranteed so however long you own your home with your shutters we are there for you if you need us. However the occasional dust with an ostrich feather is really all you should ever need to maintain your shutters as perfect as the day they were fitted!
